I have this UGLY flluid full of bubbles behind my foot?

When I see, I moan like crazy! This is my first time. I had to bubble use my story. I just noticed that there are 3 minutes. My mother insisted it pop, but it's going to hurt? Give me a tip!

You'll feel much better when you pop. But pop properly. Get a sterilized needle (hold a match under the tip – Make sure to isolate where the needle is placed or the transfer of heat to burn your fingers). In the upper edge of the plate, the parallel need to hold the plate surface (not "jab" the package as if blowing up a balloon) and gently the tip of the needle into the top edge (one a bit of fluid flow.) Now, at the bottom, do the same, and carefully insert the needle at the bottom. Take hollow needle tip and run flat on the surface of the plate to push the liquid (like squeezing the toothpaste tube.) Do not remove the component skin. Put Neosporin (antibiotic) on it and cover with a bandage. You should feel a sense of relief after performing this operation.
