EASY SEAFOOD PIZZA

1 roll (8 ounce) roll refrigerated Crescent
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1 teaspoon teaspoon dried dill
1 teaspoon teaspoon lemon zest
Half cup seafood cocktail sauce
1 / 2 medium cucumber, seeded and chopped
1 / 4 cup green pepper, seeded and chopped
4 ounces flaked crab meat or imitation, chopped
1 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Unroll dough and Red Crescent to separate the triangles. In a pizza for 12 or 13-inch or baking stone, arrange triangles in a circle with the points in the center. With a floured pizza roller or roller, roll dough into a circle, even pressing the seams to seal a piece mass. Bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes or until browned. Remove crust from oven and cool completely. In a small bowl, combine cream cheese and dill. Add the lemon zest to the cream cheese mixture and mix well. Divide the mixture evenly over cooled crust. 2 v. tablespoons butter or butter flavored shortening
1 large garlic clove, chopped
1 / 2 c. teaspoon dried dill
1 / 2 pound small fresh shrimp are peeled and deveined

In a small skillet, melt the butter or oil, add garlic, herbs and anise. Cook and stir over low heat until the garlic begins to brown. Discard garlic. Add shrimp and cook, stirring, over medium heat for about 5 minutes or until the color is opaque. Drain shrimp on paper towels. Serve immediately.
