
How I can stop being a picky eater?
I am a very picky eater and I have 13 years of age. This is my biggest insecurity. I am shame to eat with my friends. I want to start trying more food, but it is really difficult. It seems that I judge my food by texture rather than taste. Some foods I like are: rice (white rice), hot dogs (plain), hamburgers (regular), pizza (cheese, pepperoni, ground beef), tacos (ground beef, lettuce, cheese), tomatoes, chicken nuggets, corn, boneless chicken breast, chicken burgers, apple terracotta, Kraft dinner, and all the fruits of good, this is obviously not everything that I can eat, but is one of the main things you eat and how you can see, some of them are unhealthy. I really need help to break this bad habit because I'm afraid I'll get sick if I do not. I feel bad about it and I have to change. So if you could even just make a suggestion of a food you should try this will be greatly appreciated. thanks:)
First, it's great that you are Tyringe out of it! I know people who are the hardest and do not mind. They feed a lot of garbage as it is (no offense, but there are a lot of junk!) And hate that nothing exotic and foreign research. This is all a mental thing, though. I am eating less demanding than you'll ever see. When I see something weird, but I realize that people eat and are healthy and able to do so because of this, I say "If they can do it why not me?". It's like, why I can not learn to eat the foods you eat too much? In addition, for some reason healthy food, the more I eat. I can eat too much junk, however, make no mistake, but I looooove everything that comes from the earth (no meat things). Some suggestions healthy food for you to me, Brocco sprouts (put them in salads, sandwiches, wraps, etc.), bread (wheat and honey is my favorite, never as white bread except for a toast in the morning). -Green tea! Most long grain rice authentic Asian noodles (not fried ramen that shit!)-All 100% fruit juice, spinach and tomato-sausage linguini-vegan miso soup, soy milk (many types of flavors!), Etc! Stay away from pizza and hot dogs. This is one of the worst things. You should eat this once a month anymore. Also, stay away from fried foods! Good luck! – -
