Two easy recipes pizza dough

Finally, I could eat it all with some great recipes, simple and easy. I will share my two favorite recipes of pizza dough. Both are easy to do are quite impressive. The recipes are:

Pizza dough recipe 1.Basic:
Ingredients:
Package -2 dry yeast
-1 1 / 2 cup warm water
-4 Cups flour
-1 C. teaspoon salt
-1 / 2 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon olive oil

Getting There:
Dissolve yeast in water and set aside for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Then mix the flour, salt, sugar and oil in a bowl make a hole in the center. When water / yeast is bubbly, pour into the center well. Begin kneading the dough with the flour in the center cup. Gradually increase the movement of kneading.
If dough is dry, add a little more water if it feels sticky, add flour. Knead vigorously until it the dough is smooth and elastic. Roll into a ball and cover with a damp cloth. Let stand for 20 minutes in a warm place. Beat the dough with the palm of your hand expel gas formed at the same time of fermentation. Roll the dough into a ball again and place in a greased bowl. Drizzle with oil. Cover with plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator.
When ready to use, place the dough on the floured counter or table. Flatten the dough with your hands, work center to the periphery (a roll can do well). Press dough evenly onto a greased cookie sheet or pan pizza, forming a 12-inch circle with edges thicker than middle. Apply your favorite Fill in the desired quantities. Cook hot oven (475-500 degrees) until browned.

2.Cornmeal pizza dough recipe:
Ingredients:
-1 Cup hot water
-1 / 4 c. teaspoon salt
flour -2 1 / 2 cups all-purpose – divided
-1 Cup cornmeal
-1 C. soup corn flour divided
-2 Tablespoons sugar or honey
2 teaspoons active dry yeast

Getting There:
Measure carefully and place all ingredients except 1 tablespoon cornmeal in bread machine pan. Agenda setting for the dough cycle and press start. Remove the dough from the bread machine and let stand for 2 to 3 minutes.
Pat and gently stretch dough into 14 – 15-inch circle. Spray pizza pan with nonstick cooking spray and sprinkle 14 inches with the remaining 1 tablespoon cornmeal. Press mixture into pan.
Follow the coverage and baking directions for individual recipes. A 14-inch crust makes 8 portions.
