Recipe for the sauce served with pot stickers?
I'm looking for the recipe for the sauce normally served with pot stickers. I know that has a base soy sauce, but the rest not sure. Any ideas? (PF Chang has a large, but I'm not too picky.) A full recipe is what I'm looking … with quantities of each ingredient and step by step process … Thanks!
Yum! I love pot stickers! It's my favorite dipping sauce: Sauce can be refrigerated Escalona all night. Makes 3 / 4 cup 1 / 4 cup soy sauce 2 tablespoons of water 2 tablespoons mirin rice vinegar 2 tablespoons oil 1 teaspoon chile (optional) 1 / 2 teaspoon coffee roasted sesame oil 1 shallot half white and green parts, chopped Combine all ingredients in a bowl and serve. If you do not mirin (usually in the shop Grocery near the soy sauce), you can use white wine with a little sugar.
